once you've registered with any comparison website they share info with other comparison webs, dont play around too much with the comp websites, like changing address, cars age etc, i know it from experience, i've called up randomly one of the insurer and guest what he said, you've changed your your address and vehical seviral times, and i said how do you know he says he counld see it on the system with the ref no given by you
