So cool. I cant believe it still works There are many different forms of Automotive Competition. This is for an SPL competition. Granted, This is not my thing. One could at least respect the tech. While there's no law against having a setup like that, most places it's illegal, as it well should be, to actually use it. Massive! Have to wonder how the cost & energy efficiency compares to using a small say, 2000W diesel/gas powered mobile generator like this one. If needed take it apart and reassemble so it fits in the engine compartment, install a key start, and route exhaust under car, tap a fuel line for the stock gas tank/pump. This way no excessive fuel is used to run 5 additional alternators for a trip to the grocery store!
